Celtic settelment “Le chesle”

Here was once a fortified Celtic settlement, which was surrounded by a double wall made of earth, slate and wood and stretched over a length of around 1,750 meters. These are dry stone walls with elevations made of wattle. Excavations and reconstructions have been taking place here since 1960.
