Memorial for seafarers and those who died in WWII. Main part of the memorial is the upside down "T", which can be Mjolnir, Thors hammer, and sign of strength, or it could be the elder futhark rune "Teiwaz" which stands for warrior, respect, leader and balance and is used when a victory needs to be won.
